Pending Home Sales Report - June 2024

The overall pending home sales index stood at 74.3 in June 2024, with a month-over-month (MoM) increase of 4.8%. The West region saw the lowest index at 58.4, and a MoM increase of 3.4%. Meanwhile, the Northeast had an index of 65.5 with a MoM increase of 3.0%. The Midwest had an index of 73.7, showing a MoM increase of 4.7%. In contrast, the South region boasted the highest index of 89.3, coupled with a MoM increase of 6.3%.
