Partner Organizations

The mission of Orange County REALTORS® (OCR) is to promote the REALTOR® Code of Ethics; to provide education, services, and resource to our members; and to advocate the protection of real property rights. To strengthen its effort to fulfill this mission, OCR establishes partnerships with like-minded organizations throughout Orange County and works with these organizations to promote events, reach shared milestones, and achieve mutually beneficial goals. OCR’s Partner Organizations are profiled below.

AREAA, Orange County

The Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) is a nonprofit professional trade organization dedicated to promoting sustainable homeownership opportunities in Asian American communities by creating a powerful national voice for housing and for the real estate professionals who serve this dynamic market. Founded in 2003, AREAA now has more than thirty-five chapters throughout the United States and Canada.

NAHREP, Orange County

The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) is a purpose-driven organization that is propelled by a passionate combination of entrepreneurial spirit, cultural heritage and the advocacy of its members. Our mission is to advance sustainable Hispanic homeownership. NAHREP accomplishes its mission by:

  • Educating and empowering the real estate professionals who serve Hispanic home buyers & sellers
  • Advocating for public policy that supports the trade association’s mission
  • Facilitating relationships among industry stakeholders, real estate practitioners and other housing industry professionals

WCR, Coastal–West Orange County

Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR) is a network of successful REALTORS®, advancing women as professionals and leaders in business, the industry, and the communities we serve.

The Coastal–West Orange County Network includes the cities of Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Cypress, Garden Grove, Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, Los Alamitos, Newport Beach, Santa Ana, Seal Beach, Tustin, Villa Park, and Westminster.

WCR, South Orange County

Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR) is a network of successful REALTORS®, advancing women as professionals and leaders in business, the industry, and the communities we serve.

The South Orange County Network primarily serves the communities of Aliso Viejo, Coto de Caza, Dana Point, Foothill Ranch, Irvine, Ladera Ranch, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Portola Hills, Rancho Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, and Trabuco Hills.

VAREP

The Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP) was established in 2011. Its mission is to increase sustainable home ownership, financial-literacy education, and economic opportunity for the active military and veteran communities. While its focus is on active-military and veteran communities, its services are also offered to eligible low- to moderate-income families, and its doors are open to all who want to realize the American Dream of home ownership.

Young Professionals Network, Orange County

The Orange County Young Professionals Network will focus on connecting and engaging young professionals through networking opportunities, technology and social media, and professional development. By capitalizing on its core principles of professionalism and ethics, partnership, policy, pursuing leadership, participation, and promoting homeownership for the next generation, the Orange County YPN will encourage the next generation of professionals to seize responsibility for shaping the direction of the community and their industry as a whole.
