The market is warming up slightly with the median sales price is up for detached homes at $850,000 from $832,000 last month. Attached homes are dropping with a median sales price of $497,000 from last month at $510,000. The inventory also continues to climb with 4.4 months of inventory for detached homes and 4.0 months for attached.
