The market is warming up slightly with the median sales price is up for detached homes at $832,000 from $810,000 last month. Attached homes are also up with a median sales price of $510,000 from last month at $501,750. The inventory also continues to climb with 4.1 months of inventory for detached homes and 3.8 months for attached.
