C.A.R.'s March Sales and Price Report
In March 2025, the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) reported continued modest growth in the Orange County housing market, with 1,107 existing single-family residences (SFR) sold. The median price per square foot for these homes was $730.22. Additionally, the market saw a healthy 100.0% median sales-to-list ratio.
