C.A.R.'s July Sales and Price Report
In July 2025, the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) reported a downturn in the Orange County housing market, with 1,230 existing single-family homes sold. The median price per square foot was $711.13, and the median sales-to-list price ratio stood at 99.1%.
