Orange County REALTORS® offers SentriKey® access for San Diego listings through a reciprocal agreement with all San Diego Associations. This benefit allows eligible members to use the SentriLock® system to access lockboxes on San Diego properties.
What Is SentriKey®?
SentriKey® is a mobile-based service that enables REALTORS® with an active SUPRA key to open SentriLock lockboxes on San Diego listings. It extends your showing capabilities beyond Orange County while maintaining SUPRA as the exclusive lockbox system locally.
Eligibility Requirements
- You must maintain an active, paid SUPRA key service
- SUPRA remains the exclusive lockbox system for Orange County listings
- SentriKey is available only to SUPRA users as an added regional benefit
Pricing & Billing
- $11 per month (not prorated)
- Monthly fees are charged in advance on the 25th
- No activation fee
- Automatic payment required

How can I purchase SentriKey® access?
To purchase SentriKey®, you must have an active and paid Supra key service. You can visit either of our offices or call us to purchase the SentriKey® service.
What is the cost for SentriKey® access?
The cost is $11 per month (not prorated), and there is no activation fee. Billing is managed by OC REALTORS® and is available by automatic payment only. Charges are processed in advance on the 25th of each month.
Can I purchase a SentriLock lockbox?
No, OC REALTORS® does not sell SentriLock lockboxes. Listing agents with San Diego properties must contact a San Diego Association to obtain a SentriLock lockbox for exclusive use in San Diego.
Do I need to have Supra key service?
Yes, SentriKey® access is a benefit available only to Supra users, designed to extend access into neighboring regions. An inactive or unpaid Supra key will result in automatic suspension of SentriKey® access.
How do I cancel my SentriKey® access?
Service may be activated or cancelled at any time without penalties. To avoid the monthly fee, cancellation must be completed before the first of the month. Contact us at 949-586-6800 or membership@ocrealtors.org to cancel.
