The Pillars of Excellence Award honors a REALTOR® who serves as a trusted guardian of professionalism within the association and the industry. This individual consistently upholds the highest standards of ethics, fair housing, inclusion, and sound judgment, leading by example and strengthening the profession through principled conduct, thoughtful leadership, and mentorship.

Service on committees related to professional standards, ethics, or fair housing may be considered, but the award is defined by how the individual embodies and advances these principles, not by specific roles held.

• Actively promotes fair housing, inclusion, and equal opportunity
