Prior to joining Pearl Certification, Joseph worked for Realogy, one of the largest Real Estate franchises in the U.S., which owns the rights to some of the country’s most iconic Real Estate brands like Century 21, Coldwell Banker, ERA, Sotheby’s and Better Homes and Garden Real Estate. Over his 10 years at Realogy, he guided every step of the franchise business lifecycle. This included recruiting franchisees, and onboarding, consulting with the owners to improve their operational efficiencies, and ultimately ensuring ongoing renewals.
