C.A.R.'s November Sales and Price Report
In November 2025, the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) reported that the Orange County housing market displayed a slight dip, with 920 existing single-family homes sold. The median price per square foot was $701.39, and the median sales-to-list price ratio stood at 98.9%.
