C.A.R REimagine! Recap

This past week, Orange County REALTORS® attended C.A.R.’s Fall Meetings and REimagine! Conference at the Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center. While there, OCR partnered with Greater Los Angeles REALTORS® (GLAR) and Chula Vista Animal Services to encourage passersby to stop and play with the adorable (and adoptable!) kittens and puppies – 10 of those animals found their forever homes and families at the conference.

OCR staff and members made a splash at the C.A.R. meetings. OCR Director of MLS & Professional Standards, Cece Robles, was a featured speaker for the Professional Standards Panel. OCR Government Affairs Director Collin Powers spoke at the conference as well. He discussed OCR’s role in stopping the proposed amended rules 1111 and 1121, providing a blueprint for associations across the state. OCR Past President Lori Namazi also left an impression, as she was recognized by Region 32 Leadership for her excellent work as the Region 32 Chair this year.
