C.A.R. New and Revised Forms Alert!

The new and revised C.A.R. Standard Forms are scheduled to be released the week of December 15, 2025, with enhanced language supporting referral fee transparency throughout the transaction. Several new and updated forms replacing older versions now provide clearer guidance for both paying and receiving referral fee disclosures. Because multiple forms were already in the revision queue, C.A.R. also incorporated specific referral-fee references into the BRBC, RLA, and new RAD form.
