As a native Orange County resident and real estate professional of nearly 20 years, I am committed to serving our REALTOR® community with integrity, professionalism, and service. Through my involvement with Orange County REALTORS® and the Asian Real Estate Association of America, Orange County, I have developed a strong understanding of member needs and industry issues. I am focused on supporting our members, promoting homeownership, and contributing a forward-thinking perspective. It would be an honor to earn your support and continue serving our community.

I am driven to serve because I care deeply about the future of our industry and the success of our members. With nearly two decades in real estate, I've seen firsthand the importance of strong leadership, advocacy, and collaboration. I want to contribute my experience, voice, and perspective to help navigate change, support innovation, and strengthen our community. Serving on the Board is an opportunity to give back, elevate others, and help shape a thriving future for Orange County REALTORS®.

I am seeking a return to the Orange County REALTORS® Board of Directors after a two-year hiatus. I remain passionate about serving our members and supporting the continued growth of our Association. My experience as President and as a Director allows me to mentor emerging leaders while providing continuity and steady leadership. With a strong understanding of Orange County REALTORS®, I am ready to contribute immediately. I would be honored to serve you again—because experience matters.

As a Branch Manager and Broker Associate leading high-performing offices in Laguna Niguel and Mission Viejo, I am deeply committed to professionalism, strong leadership, and consumer protection. My service within organized real estate reflects a focus on risk management, ethical standards, consumer protection, and practical education that helps members navigate change confidently. I am running for the Orange County REALTORS® Board of Directors to strengthen member support, uphold accountability, and ensure our association remains transparent, responsive, and future-focused.

Experience does matter! I bring the experience, knowledge, history, and a proven track record of making a meaningful impact within our Association. My involvement at the local, state, and national levels supports responsible decision-making, strong advocacy, and transparency for our members. It would be my honor to serve as the voice of our members on the OCR Board of Directors.

NAR is National, C.A.R. is State, but it all starts at our Local level—it starts with Orange County REALTORS®. I'm seeking a seat at the table to advocate for our members. My goal is to strengthen our Association and ensure every member feels proud to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking organization that supports their success.

I seek to serve as an Orange County REALTORS® Director to give back to the community that has shaped my second career. With extensive leadership, business, and technical experience, I bring a collaborative, solutions-focused approach. I am committed to supporting our members, strengthening professionalism, and advancing the interests of our industry while helping the Association deliver meaningful value to every REALTOR®.

Our industry is at a defining moment, full of change, challenge, and opportunity. As an immigrant, I have faced uncertainty, adapted, and built resilience through it, which shapes how I lead. I am running to serve as an Orange County REALTORS® Director because I believe it is important that we work together to strengthen our industry and better support you by equipping you with the tools, resources, and guidance you need to anticipate change and stay successful. I'm honored to be considered for the Board of Directors of Orange County REALTORS®. As a REALTOR®, investor, and owner-builder, I offer a well-rounded perspective across residential real estate. I'm passionate about helping clients maximize property potential through strategies like ADUs. If elected, I will support member education, uphold professional standards, and advocate for policies that benefit REALTORS® and the communities we serve, while contributing collaboratively to advance our profession.
