The REALTORS® Road Map to Mortgages 102: Loan Structures, Pricing & Underwriting
The overall course is to educate REALTORS®, Home Buyers, Homeowners, Investors and Real Estate Managers on the importance of loan structure, down payment options, loan products, loan guidelines and underwriting.
Section 1 Discusses Loan Structures and why the loan structures are so important as they directly relate to the Home Buyers Down Payment and loan pricing. This section will also cover conforming vs. High Balance vs. Jumbo loan amounts and loan terms.
Section 2 Discusses Loan Pricing and how it’s calculated across America.
Section 3 Discusses what underwriting means, the different types of underwriting and what are underwriting “guidelines” and why they must be followed.
