Negotiations happen in a real estate transaction from the first phone call all the way through the closing. Achieving successful negotiations takes perspective and attention to details and nuances of the situation.  Monica Neubauer will reveal how objectivity and preparedness set the stage for open communication and results. There are standard ways to prepare to negotiate and there are creative ways to negotiate. They all need to be legal, ethical and lead towards the desired conclusion. You will also learn ways to communicate effectively with clients, agents and vendors to ultimately achieve the goals of your client.
