Join us for a 3-hour course on using AI in real estate while upholding the REALTORS® Code of Ethics (Articles 1,10,12,15) and Fair Housing. Agents analyze AI-generated ads, valuations, and posts for compliance and leave with checklists and an Ethical AI Use Plan.
Please Note: This course is NOT for CE credit.
All REALTORS® must complete Code of Ethics and Fair Housing training by December 31, 2027. This class meets the NAR Code of Ethics and Fair Housing 8th triennial requirement.
You must be present for the entire 3 hours of class to receive credit for completion of the training.
