Eligibility & Application Process
- Automatic Recognition: OCR members who meet the eligibility criteria will automatically be recognized based on CRMLS data.
- Non-OCR Members: Agents from other associations may join OCR as a Secondary Member to apply.
- Transaction Criteria: Eligibility is based on Orange County residential sales that closed in 2025. Agents must meet either the sales volume or unit requirement and be in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
Production data can be accessed by visiting this CRMLS guide for instructions on searching an agent's inventory.
*Only Orange County sales qualify, and we will not count anything not on the CRMLS.
Disclaimers
- All award challenges and team applications must have been submitted by March 2—no exceptions.
- Award criteria may fluctuate annually due to market conditions.
- Co-Lists receive half the volume and half the units.
- OCR uses CRMLS data as the primary source for determining award recipients; discrepancies may arise due to data limitations.
